On the threshold of a New Age

[caption id="attachment_2023" align="aligncenter" width="500"]kalki the avenger Kalki the Avenger[/caption]

“We are standing on the threshold of a great new age. What we are all going through are its birth-pangs. Everything seems negative - yet despite it all, the time is coming when something new and great will be born.”

Rudolf Hess, 57yf.

The Galactic Empire and the Triumph of National-Socialism

TOWARDS THE GALACTIC REICH

The Ideal of a Galactic Empire

A Galactic Empire - formed by the conquest of that final frontier which is Outer Space - is the destiny of our human species. This ideal and this ideal alone is great enough and noble enough for our noble, heroic races - everything else is petty, materialistic or decadent: an insult to not only what we are, as creative noble races, but also an insult to what we can become by pursuing an idealistic noble goal. The goal of a Galactic Empire is the supreme challenge which, by its very difficulty, can inspire our races to great and noble achievements. A Galactic Empire means the exploration, conquest and colonization of our own solar system, and other star-systems and planets, by our noble, heroic and warrior races.

Of course, this goal is at present only a dream. The present social and political conditions which exist on this planet as well as the present alien tyranny most people are forced to live under, make this dream seem unrealistic. But what it is vital to understand and remember, is that we need great and noble dreams - a great vision or visions - to inspire us, to motivate us to act. With them, we can aspire to and often achieve greatness; without them, we are just ordinary. Through a noble vision, we can extend ourselves - we can evolve to a higher level; without a noble vision, we merely exist, and waste the potential which is within us. A truely great and noble vision is numinous - it has the power to inspire and so to make real what seems impossible. If we do not accept this challenge of creating a Galactic Empire, then we will be forsaking that unique Destiny which is ours and ours alone - we will be condemning our species to an ignoble future.

Today, there are some who claim that inter-stellar Space Travel will never be feasible because certain scientific 'theories' affirm that, for instance, it is impossible to travel faster than or even approach the velocity of light. However, these barriers are only there to be overcome - given the right incentives to overcome them - and no scientific theory, however highly regarded or however verified by past or current experimental data, is immune to new discoveries.

Given the right incentives, and the right social and political conditions, it would be possible to begin the process which would result - over the course of many centuries - in the creation of a Galactic Empire.

The first stage might be to create, here on our own planet, a free, independent, National-Socialist homeland, and in that homeland a society dedicated to the social well-being and advancement of its people. Such a society would seek to inspire its people with a sense of duty as it would seek to foster those qualities which are fundamental to civilization itself - that is, honour and racial idealism. Such a society, by definition, would be a NationalSocialist one, since only National-Socialism truly represents the noble idealism which is the essence of civilization, little though this is understood by the majority today, so brainwashed they are and have been by the lies of the enemies of National-Socialism. Furthermore, a National-Socialist society would encourage the right type of individual - persons of noble, heroic character, imbued with a genuine warrior ethos or spirit: a desire to explore, to conquer, to overcome, to fight, to honourably go where no human has gone before...

The second stage - following the creation of a National-Socialist society whose own security was assured - would be for that society to encourage research into, and the practical exploration of, Outer Space, accepting as that society would the principle that the results which would arise from this research, exploration and colonization, would justify the means (financial and otherwise) which would be required. In the beginning, the greatest benefit of such research, exploration and colonization, would be the noble cohesive effect the pursuit of such an ideal would have upon the people of the society - it would give them a sense of their Destiny, and encourage the production of idealistic men and women dedicated to upholding the warrior ethos. What must be realized is that only a National-Socialist society is capable of fulfilling the dream of Space Exploration, inter-stellar Space Travel, and the colonization of other worlds.

The first practical phase would involve constructing manned Space-stations orbiting the Earth; the second would be manned missions to the Moon, and Mars, and the establishment of permanent colonies. The third phase would be voyages of discovery to the other planets of our solar system. The fourth phase would be the building of such self-sufficient manned ships as would be necessary to undertake the long journeys to the nearest stars. All this would take many decades - and during this time, scientific research would be conducted with a view to discovering an effective means to travel the vast distances between the stars: that is, with a view to building Space-ships which can travel faster than the velocity of light, or with creating some other means of transporting people across inter-stellar space, enabling them to travel to, explore and colonize other planets surrounding other stars.

Julius Evola: spiritual, and heroic values has to emerge

AAEAAQAAAAAAAASwAAAAJDJhNWM4YTZkLWM2OTktNDc4MS05NDNkLWY4YTYzMjE0OWEwZQ

“The starting point should be, instead, a firm rejection of the principle formulated by Marxism, which summarises the entire subversion at work today: ‘The economy is our destiny.’ We must declare in an uncompromising way that in a normal civilisation the economy and economic interests—understood as the satisfaction of material needs and their more or less artificial appendices—have always played, and always will play, a subordinated function. We must also uphold that beyond the economic sphere an order of higher political, spiritual, and heroic values has to emerge, an order that neither knows nor tolerates merely economic classes and does not know the  division between ‘capitalists’ and ‘proletarians’; an order solely in terms of which are to be defined the things worth living and dying for.”

Charles Maurras on democracy

maurras_1933-1

“Democracy is not a fact. It is an idea. This idea inspires laws. And these laws and their institutions reveal themselves to be more and more disastrous, destructive and ruinous, more hostile to the natural tendencies of manners, the spontaneous interplay of interests, and the development of progress. Why? Because the democratic idea is false, as it is in disagreement with nature. Because the democratic idea is bad, in that it constantly subjects the best to the worst, the superior to the inferior.”
— Charles Maurras

Alexis de Tocqueville

Alexis de Tocqueville

“I am trying to imagine what new features despotism might have in today’s world: I see an innumerable host of men, all alike and equal, endlessly hastening after petty and vulgar pleasures with which they fill their souls. Each of them, withdrawn into himself, is virtually a stranger to the fate of all the others. For him, his children and personal friends comprise the entire human race. As for the remainder of his fellow citizens, he lives alongside them but does not see them. He touches them but does not feel them. He exists only in himself and for himself, and if he still has a family, he no longer has a country.
Over these men stands an immense tutelary power, which assumes sole responsibility for securing their pleasure and watching over their fate. It is absolute, meticulous, regular, provident, and mild. It would resemble paternal authority if only its purpose were the same, namely, to prepare men for manhood. But on the contrary, it seeks only to keep them in childhood irrevocably. It likes citizens to rejoice, provided they think only of rejoicing. It works willingly for their happiness. It provides for their security, foresees and takes care of their needs, facilitates their pleasures, manages their most important affairs, directs their industry, regulates their successions, and  divides their inheritances. Why not relieve them entirely of the trouble of thinking and the difficulty of living?
Every day it thus makes man’s use of his free will rarer and more futile. It circumscribes the action of the will more narrowly, and little by little robs each citizen of the use of his own faculties. ”

“While man takes pleasure in this honest and legitimate pursuit of well-being, it is to be feared that in the end he may lose the use of his most sublime faculties, and that by wanting to improve everything around him, he may in the end degrade himself. The danger is there and nowhere else…
Materialism is, among all nations, a dangerous sickness of the human mind; but it must be particularly feared among a democratic people, because it combines marvelously with the vice of the heart most familiar to these people.
Democracy favors the taste for material enjoyments. This taste, if it becomes excessive, soon disposes men to believe that everything is only matter; and materialism, in turn, finally carries them with an insane fervor toward these same enjoyments. Such is the fatal circle into which democratic nations are pushed. It is good that they see the danger and restrain themselves.”

Tribute to Constantinos XI Palaiologos

42-43-1-thumb-large

"They remembered that dreadful Tuesday, a day that all true Greeks still know to be of ill omen; but their spirits tingled and their courage rose as they told of the last Christian Emperor standing in the breach, abandoned by his western allies, holding the infidel at bay till their numbers overpowered him and he died, with the Empire as his winding sheet."

The Fall of Constantinople 1453 by  Sir Steven Runciman

"The Emperor Constantine, simple, kind, brave, and straightforward, had gained the sympathy and admiration of all who had witnessed his wonderful patience, forbearance, and untiring devotion to the public interests. All present at that last Council were all animated by the deepest personal regard for the unhappy sovereign.

Some of the statesmen again brought before the Council the proposal that the interests of the Empire required the Emperor and his Court to leave the City immediately, in as much as so long the Emperor lived there was hope that the Capital if lost now, might one day be regained."

The Prelate, who was at the head of the Clergy, the Patriarch Gregory having apparently in the meantime resigned his office, supported with great decision that proposition. He said, "The servants of the altar saw unmistakable signs that it was God's will the City should now fall; but God's providence was unsearchable, and it might please Him to remember his people in mercy. If the Imperial City could not be saved, let the Emperor be saved! The Emperor should live, because in his person are centered the hopes of his people. We must all bow to the decree of the Almighty, whose mercy might return to our people as it had returned to Israel in olden times."

"Then the Prelates pressed him to leave the City without delay, and the whole Council implored him to comply with this advice. After all who wished to speak had spoken, the Emperor addressed them in a quiet but resolute tone:

My friends, if it is God's will that our City shall fall, can we escape his wrath? How many Emperors great and glorious, before me have had to suffer and die for their country! Shall I be the one to flee from it? No, I will stay and die here with you."

Constantine Last Emperor of the Greeks by Chedomil Mijatovich

"His companions fell, and sword in hand, amid the oncoming crowd of Janissaries and Sipahis, Constantine met the end that befitted a Roman Emperor and a faithful soldier of Christ."

The Byzantine Empire by Edward A. Foord

"God forbid that I should live an Emperor without an Empire. As my city falls, I will fall with it."

"Whoever wished to escape, let him save himself if he can; and whoever is ready to face death, let him follow me!"

The Crescent and the Cross by David Dereksen

[caption id="attachment_1953" align="aligncenter" width="700"]constantinople_1464371064 (1) The fall of Constantinople - Giannis Nikou[/caption]

"Gentlemen, illustrious captains of the army, and our most Christian comrades in arms: we now see the hour of battle approaching. I have therefore elected to assemble you here to make it clear that you must stand together with firmer resolution than ever. You have always fought with glory against the enemies of Christ. Now the defense of your fatherland and of the city known the world over, which the infidel and evil Turks have been besieging for two and fifty days, is committed to your lofty spirits. Be not afraid because its walls have been worn down by the enemy's battering. For your strength lies in the protection of God and you must show it with your arms quivering and your swords brandished against the enemy. I know that this undisciplined mob will, as is their custom, rush upon you with loud cries and ceaseless volleys of arrows. These will do you no bodily harm, for I see that you are well covered in armor. They will strike the walls, our breastplates, our shields. So do not imitate the Romans who, when the Carthaginians went into battle against them, allowed their cavalry to be terrified by the fearsome sight and sound of elephants. In this battle you must stand firm and have no fear, no thought of flight, but be inspired to resist with ever more Herculean strength. Animals may run away from animals. But you are men, men of stout heart, and you will hold at bay these dumb brutes, thrusting your spears and swords into them, so that they will know that they are fighting not against their own kind but against the masters of animals.

You are aware that the impious and infidel enemy has disturbed the peace unjustly. He has violated the oath and treaty that he made with us; he has slaughtered our farmers at harvest time; he has erected a fortress on the Propontis as it were to devour the Christians; he has encircled Galata under a pretense of peace. Now he threatens to capture the city of Constantine the Great, your fatherland, the place of ready refuge for all Christians, the guardian of all Greeks, and to profane its holy shrines of God by turning them into stables for his horses. Oh my lords, my brothers, my sons, the everlasting honor of Christians is in your hands. You men of Genoa, men of courage and famous for your infinite victories, you who have always protected this city, your mother, in many a conflict with the Turks, show now your prowess and your aggressive spirit toward them with manly vigor. You men of Venice, most valiant heroes, whose swords have many a time made Turkish blood to flow and who in our time have sent so many ships, so many infidel souls to the depths under the command of Loredano, the most excellent captain of our fleet, you who have adorned this city, as if it were your own with fine, outstanding men, lift high your spirits now for battle. You my comrades in arms, obey the commands of your leaders in the knowledge that this is the day of your glory- a day on which, if you shed but a drop of blood, you will win for ourselves crowns of martyrdom and eternal fame."

The Immortal Emperor by Donald Nicol

"The spot ought to be hallowed to everyone who respects faithfulness to duty and patriotism, and who has sympathy with the single hearted hero of a great historic tragedy. The slab covers the remains of the last Greek Emperor, the patriotic and brave Constantine Dragesses."

Serb Ambassador to Britain Chedomil Mijatovich on alleged burial site of Constantinos in his book "Constantine Last Emperor of the Greeks

"Constantine told his hearers that the great assault was about to begin. To his Greek subjects he said that a man should always be ready to die for his faith or for his country or for his family or for his sovereign. Now his people must be prepared to die for all four causes. He spoke of the glories and the high traditions of the great imperial city. He spoke of the perfidy of the infidel Sultan who had provoked the war in order to destroy the true faith and to put his false prophet in the seat of Christ. He urged them to remember that they were the descendants of the heroes of ancient Greece and Rome and to be worthy of their ancestors. For his part, he said, he was ready to die for his faith, his city, and his people. He then turned to the Italians, thanking them for the great services that they had rendered and telling of his trust in them for the fighting that was to come. He begged them all, Greeks and Italians alike, not to fear the vast numbers of the enemy and the barbarous devices of fires and of noise designed to alarm them. Let their spirits be high; let them be brave and steadfast. With the help of God they would be victorious."

From Steven Runciman's the Fall of
Constantinople 1453

"His father Manuel II, when the Turks were at the gates of Constantinople in 1397, had uttered this prayer: "Lord Jesus Christ let it not come to pass that the great multitude of Christian people should hear it said that it was in the days of the Emperor Manuel that the city, with all its sacred and venerable monuments of the faith, was delivered to the infidel. This was the ultimate misfortune of his son Constantine Palaiologos, the Last Emperor of the Romans. He had prayed that he might be killed rather than live to see the consequences. He was fortunate only in that his last prayer was answered."

The Immortal Emperor by Donald Nicol

"I sent two birds to the red apple tree, of which the legends speak. One was killed, the other was hurt, and they never came back to me. Of the marble emperor there is no word, no talk. But grandmothers sing about him to the children like a fairy tale. I sent two birds, two house martins, to the red apple tree. But there they stayed and became a dream..

I walk among these people and keep my eyes open; they have become smaller and are becoming ever smaller: but this is because of their teaching on happiness and virtue. So much kindness, so much weakness I see. So much justice and pity, so much weakness. Round, righteous, and kind they are to one another, like grains of sand are round, righteous, and kind to one another.

The column, once meant to stand next to Parliament as Norway’s National Monument, depicts moments of Norwegian historical significance. Commissioned in 1926 by the Norwegian government and begun by Professor Wilhelm Rasmussen, it was abandoned after World War II. The Saga Column was raised at Elvester Farm in 1992 after Åmund Elveseter had it completed and restored.

Hoia Baciu Forest – World’s Most Haunted Forest

SAM_6089

The Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) is situated near Cluj-Napoca, Romania covers an area of over 250 hectares and is often referred to as the Bermuda Triangle of the country. Hoia Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ), has a reputation for intense paranormal activity and unexplained events. Reports have included, ghost sightings, unexplained apparitions, faces appearing in photographs that were not visible with the naked eye, and in the 1970s, UFO sightings were reported.

Visitors to the forest often report intense feelings of anxiety and the feeling of being constantly watched. Moreover, the local vegetation is somehow bizarre in appearance, like something out of a make-believe story with strangely shaped trees, and unexplained charring on tree stumps and branches.

SAM_6055

The forest was named after a shepherd that disappeared in the area with a flock of two hundred sheep. Most people who live near the forest are afraid to enter it due to the stories and legends that have been handed down. They believe that those who visit the site will never return back home. Many of the locals who have been brave enough to venture into the forest complained of physical harm, including rashes, nausea, vomiting, migraines, burns, scratches, anxiety, and other unusual sensations.

This dense forest first gained notoriety in the late 1960s when a biologist named Alexandru Sift snapped several amazing photos of a flying disc-shaped object in the sky above the forest. On August 18, 1968, a military technician named Emil Barnea captured a famous photography of a saucer flying over the Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) . The, in the 1970s, the area was a hotbed for UFO sighting and unexplained lights.

SAM_6057

People who have entered the forest to this day get inexplicable rashes or they begin to feel very light-headed and ill. Moreover, the electronic devices are known to malfunction when introduced into the area. Some paranormal investigators have associated these strange malfunctions with supernatural activity.

The Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) has a reputation for paranormal and unexplained activity and people have witnessed numerous strange events on the land. The most common phenomenon includes the sudden appearance of mysterious orbs of light. People also report hearing disembodied female voices breaking the heavy silence, giggling and even apparitions, Thereare many cases of people reportedly being scratched. All these things happen with no reasonable explanation.

Some people believe that the forest is a gateway to another dimension. Within the dark interior of Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) , people have been known to disappear, strange lights have been seen, the wind seems to speak,. Several stories tell of people entering the forest and experiencing missing time. Some have known to be missing for quite some time with no recollection of how they had spent that time. One such story focuses on a 5-year-old girl who wandered into the woods and got lost. The story goes that she emerged from the forest 5 years later, wearing the same untarnished clothes that she wore on the day she disappeared with no memory of where had happened in that interval of time.

SAM_6059

Another story of the The Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) has been telling about the strange paranormal phenomena which have been recorded and researched for nearly 50 years. The woods are thought to be notoriously haunted by the Romanian peasants who were murdered here. It is believed that the souls of these tormented ghosts are trapped within the wooded confines of Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) and that these entities are enraged by their predicament. Visions of these tormented spirits are sometimes observed by terrified travelers. Pairs of haunting, observing green eyes and a heavy black fog have been observed here. Many people report a feeling of being watched as they travel near the forest’s edge.

More recently, the paranormal energy of the forest is taking on the form of poltergeist and ghost activity. In one paranormal television series an investigator sitting in this clearing in the forest was scratched and thrown on the ground by an unseen force. People also claim to have seen unexplainable bright lights coming from within the woods.

SAM_6063

This paranormal activity seems to be focused on an inexplicable clearing in the forest that is a vegetation dead zone. It is nearly a perfect circle in the woods where nothing ever grows. Soil samples have been taken from the site and analyzed but the results show that there is nothing in the soil that should prevent the growth of plant life. Locals believe that it is a hub for this paranormal activity. They consider this circular plateau deep in the forest to be the “home” of these ghosts. Photos taken here have revealed hovering shapes and outlines of human forms, further backing up the claims

UFOS, a dead vegetation zone, lights with no logical source, poltergeist activity, EVP activity, and malfunctioning electronics are the documented paranormal happenings of this creepy forest. While some of the stories about this legendary location may be exaggerated, it is hard to ignore the fact that something is going on in this forest that we may not completely understand. This is especially true, given the recent well-documented occurrences of unexplained poltergeist activity.

SAM_6064

Many people who live near the Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) have reported seeing a large collection of orbs of light coming from inside the tree line. When using a thermal detector, these lights don’t seem to be producing any heat signatures. Some people who enter the forest report that they suddenly remember all of their past experiences, but then forget the memories after leaving the land.

Specialists from around the world are fascinated by the forest. Researchers from Germany, France, the United States, and Hungary have all spent time studying it’s mysteries. Some have managed to capture bizarre manifestations on film, including faces and apparitions. Some of these images are reportedly seen with the naked eye and others only show up in photos or videos.

There are many people who strongly believe that there are paranormal phenomena and appearances of UFOs in this place.

The mysterious Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) is beginning to compete more and more with the Dracula legend in Transylvania…It has become more famous because of unexplained phenomena, which are considered by some as manifestations of the paranormal. This forest’s fame is spreading worldwide.

SAM_6092

Prestigious publications such as Travel & Leisure magazine or BBC have included this among the most interesting forest haunted areas on the planet. And its fame continues to attract tourists from all walks of life. Two years ago, the famous actor, Nicolas Cage, was shooting a film in Sibiu. Cage came to Cluj specifically to see this mysterious forest. Is Hoia-Baciu Forest haunted? Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) , attracts many amateurs of Yoga, Wicca and the paranormal. They are attracted by the numerous long-told legends in connection with this forest. Some of the trees have grown crooked and there is speculation that their shape was influenced by mysterious energies.

There are people who believe that within Hoia-Baciu Forest ( World’s Most Haunted Forest ) there is a portal that provides access to other universes. There are also countless legends and stories about contact with entities outside our known world occurring here every year.

We cannot say for certain if  any of this it’s true or not. If you are brave enough, visit Hoia Baciu Forest to discover for yourself….

FOR THE MAN TO COME…

tumblr_omzfcdybKN1w388tko1_1280

April 30th, 1945, 15 hours, 15 minutes in the afternoon. Shells and shrapnel rain down ceaselessly on Berlin and raging firestorms give the impression of an hallucinating drama. The Götterdämmerung, Twilight of the Gods. Within the Bunker, Adolf Hitler calls for the Chief-assistant of his personal service, SS Official Sturmbannführer Heinz Linge, and tells him he must leave the scene. Then Linge asks him: “For whom must we fight now, Mein Führer?” And Adolf Hitler replies: “FOR THE MAN TO COME…”

Nietzsche and National Socialism - Alfred Baeumler

tumblr_nkyouwNFIj1tfgyx7o1_1280

Nietzsche and National Socialism stand on the other side of the traditions of the German bourgeoisie. What does that mean?

The spiritual forces which have formed the German bourgeoisie in the last several centuries have been Pietism, the Enlightenment, and Romanticism. Pietism was the last truly revolutionary religious movement on Lutheran soil. It led men from a hopeless political reality back into their own selves and gathered them together in small private circles. It was a religious individualism which strengthened the inclination toward concern with self, toward psychological analysis and biographical examination. Every apolitical state-alien tendency necessarily had to find support and nourishment in Pietistic Germany.

The wholly different individualism of the Enlightenment also worked in this direction. This individualism was not of a religious-sentimental character. It believed in reason, it was rational, but it was "political" only in that it denied the feudal system; it was unable to erect an enduring political system of its own and was capable only of breaking the path for the economic system of capitalism. Man was viewed as a wholly individual entity, cut off from all original orders and relations, a fictitious person responsible only to himself.

In contrast, Romanticism saw man again in the light of his natural and historical ties. Romanticism opened our eyes to the night, the past, our ancestors, to the mythos and the Volk. The movement that led from Herder to Goerres, to the brothers Grimm, Eichendorff, Arnim, and Savigny, is the only spiritual movement that is still fully alive. It is the only movement with which Nietzsche had to wrestle ....

When we call National Socialism a world view we mean that not only the bourgeois parties but also their ideologies have been annihilated. Only ill-willed persons could maintain that everything that has been created by the past must now be negated. Rather, we mean that we have entered into a new relationship with our past, that our view has been cleared for what was truly forceful in this past but which had been clouded by bourgeois ideology. In a word, we have discovered new possibilities for understanding the essence of German existence. Precisely in this Nietzsche has preceded us. We hold a view of Romanticism that is different from his. But his most personal and lonely possession, the negation of bourgeois ideology as a whole, has today become the property of a generation.

The foundations of Christian morality -- religious individualism, a guilty conscience, meekness, concern for the eternal salvation of the soul -- all are absolutely foreign to Nietzsche. He revolts against the concept of repentance: "I do not like this kind of cowardice about one's own action; one should not leave one's own self in the lurch before the assault of unexpected disgrace and vexation. Rather, an extreme pride is in order here. For, finally, what is the use! No deed can be undone by repentance."

What he means here is not a reduction of responsibility, but rather its intensification. Here speaks the man who knows how much courage, how much pride, is necessary to maintain himself in the face of Fate. Out of his amor fati Nietzsche spoke contemptuously about Christianity with its "perspective of salvation." As a Nordic man he never understood for what purpose he should be "redeemed." The Mediterranean religion of salvation is alien to and far removed from his Nordic attitude. He can understand man only as a warrior against Fate. A mode of thought which sees struggle and work only as a penance appears incomprehensible to him. "Our real life is a false, apostatic, and sinful existence, a penalty existence." Sorrow, battle, work, death, are merely taken as objections to life. "Man as innocent, idle, immortal, happy -- this concept of 'highest desirability' especially must be criticized." Nietzsche turns passionately upon the monastic vita contemplativa, against Augustine's "Sabbath of all Sabbaths." He praises Luther for having made an end of the vita contemplativa. The Nordic melody of strife and labor sounds strong and clear here. The accent with which we pronounce these words today we heard from Nietzsche for the first time.

We call Nietzsche the philosopher of heroism. But that is only a half-truth if we do not regard him at the same time as the philosopher of activism. He considered himself the world-historical counterpart to Plato. "Works" result not from the desire for display, not from the acknowledgment of "extramundane" values, but from practice, from the ever repeated deed. Nietzsche employs a famous antithesis to make this clear: "First and above all there is the work. And that means training, training, training! The accompanying faith will come by itself -- of that you can be certain." Nietzsche opposes the Christian proscription of the political sphere, of the sphere of action altogether, with the thesis that also overcame the contrast between Catholicism and Protestantism (work and faith): "One has to train oneself not in the strengthening of value feelings, but in action; one has to know how to do something." In this way he re-established the purity of the sphere of action, of the political sphere.

Nietzsche's "values" have nothing to do with the Beyond, and therefore cannot be petrified into dogma. In ourselves, through us, they rise struggling to the surface; they exist only as long as we make ourselves responsible for them. When Nietzsche warns, "Be true to the Earth!" he reminds us of the idea that is rooted in our strength but does not hope for "realization" in a distant Beyond. It is not enough to point out the "this-worldly" character of Nietzsche's values if one at the same time does not want to refute the notion that values are "realized" by action. Something inferior is always attached to the "realization" of given values whether these values are of a mundane or extramundane character ....

Nietzsche's Nordic and soldierly valuation opposes that of the Mediterranean world and that of the priests. His critique of religion is a criticism of the priest, and arises from the point of view of the warrior, since Nietzsche demonstrates that even the origin of religion lies in the realm of power. This explains the fateful contradiction in a morality based on the Christian religion. "To secure the rule of moral values, all kinds of unmoral forces and passions have to be enlisted. The development of moral values is the work of unmoral passions and considerations." Morality, therefore, is the creation of unmorality. "How to bring virtue to rule: This treatise deals with the great politics of virtue." It teaches for the first time "that one cannot bring about the reign of virtue by the same means used to establish any kind of rule, least of all through virtue." "One has to be very unmoral to make morality through deeds." Nietzsche replaces the bourgeois moral philosophy with the philosophy of the will to power -- in other words with the philosophy of politics. If in doing so he becomes the apologist for the "unconscious," this "unconscious" is not to be understood in terms of depth pyschology. Here the concern is not with the instinctive and unconscious drives of an individual. Rather, "unconscious" here means "perfect" and "able." And beyond that, "unconscious" also means life as such, the organism, the "great reason" of the body.

Consciousness is only a tool, a detail in the totality of life. In opposition to the philosophy of the conscious, Nietzsche asserts the aristocracy of nature. But for thousands of years a life-weary morality has opposed the aristocracy of the strong and healthy. Like National Socialism, Nietzsche sees in the state, in society, the "great mandatary of life," responsible for each life's failure to life itself. "The species requires the extinction of the misfits, weaklings, and degenerates: but Christianity as a conserving force appeals especially to them." Here we encounter the basic contradiction: whether one proceeds from a natural life context or from an equality of individual souls before God. Ultimately the ideal of democratic equality rests upon the latter assumption. The former contains the foundations of a new policy. It takes unexcelled boldness to base a state upon the race. A new order of things is the natural consequence. It is this order which Nietzsche undertook to establish in opposition to the existing one.

In the face of the overpowering strength of the race, what happens to the individual? He returns -- as a single member in a community. The herd instinct is basically altogether different from the instinct of an "aristocratic society," composed of strong, natural men who do not permit their basic instincts to languish in favor of a mediocre average -- men who know how to curb and control their passions instead of weakening or negating them. This again must not be understood from an individualistic point of view. For a long time emotions will have to be kept under "tyrannical" control. This can be done only by one community, one race, one people ....

If there ever was a truly German expression, it is this: One must have the need to be strong, otherwise one never will be. We Germans know what it means to maintain ourselves against all opposition. We understand the "will to power" -- even if in an altogether different manner than our enemies assume. Even in this connection, Nietzsche has supplied the deepest meaning: "We Germans demand something from ourselves that nobody expected from us -- we want more."

If today we see German youth on the march under the banner of the swastika, we are reminded of Nietzsche's "untimely meditations" in which this youth was appealed to for the first time. It is our greatest hope that the state today is wide open to our youth. And if today we shout "Heil Hitler!" to this youth, at the same time we are also hailing Nietzsche.

The Fascist Dream

c161904398190822344881379be6cddf

The following is an excerpt from Maurice Bardéche’s essay “What Is Fascism,” 1961, translated from the original French.

The purpose of the fascist state is to shape men according to a particular model. Unlike democratic states, fascist states do not hesitate to teach morals. Fascists think that the will and energy available to the nation are its most precious capital. They make it their highest priority to encourage the collective qualities that shape and preserve the national energy. They seek to develop such national qualities as discipline, a taste for order, love of work, the sense of duty and honor. In the practice of everyday tasks, these national moral principles are expressed in a sense of responsibility, a sense of solidarity, awareness of duties of command, the feeling of being at home in an accepted order and in an important task.

These feelings are not taught in schools with phrases written on blackboards. If education is to arouse them in a child, it is the regime itself that must develop them in men, with justice in the distribution of the national income, by the example it sets, by the tasks that it sets forth.

Discipline does not arise in action with the stroke of a magic wand or in response to a grandiloquent appeal: it is a mark of esteem that a people gives to those who lead them, and a regime must earn this every day by the seriousness of its actions and the sincerity of its love of country. The discipline of a nation is a weapon that is forged like the discipline of an army. It is understood to be a treasure that must be guarded. But it is above all the reward of men who give themselves entirely to their work and are themselves exemplars of courage, selflessness, and honesty.

This cohesion of the national will is, moreover, possible only in a clean country. No regime should be more concerned with honor, honesty, and moral health than an authoritarian regime, and it must first of all be implacable in this regard with its own officials. This has not always been seen in the past. But there are many other things that we have not always seen in the past. Such self-discipline is the only thing that legitimates the discipline one demands of others.

But the policy of cleanliness is more than just that. It is also about the systematic elimination of all that discourages, sullies, and disgusts.  I am not talking about pornographic magazines whose suppression the churchgoers and moralists believe will save the nation. Mostly, I am speaking of: fortunes amassed without work, unjustified success, triumphant crooks and scoundrels; the spectacle of which is infinitely more demoralizing and harmful to a nation than the buttocks of cover-girls. I do not want the reign of Virtue, much less of the moral order. But I regard it as obvious that one cannot ask a people to love their work and to do it with seriousness and precision without removing from social circulation those who insult our work and our conscience by their manner of getting rich.

Fascism does not merely propose another image of the nation but of man. Fascism prizes some human qualities above all others because the very same qualities appear to give strength and duration to the state as well as meaning to individual lives. These are the qualities that have been required in all times of men who participate in difficult and dangerous enterprises: courage, discipline, the spirit of sacrifice, energy—virtues required of soldiers in combat, pioneers, sailors in peril. These are peculiarly military and, so to speak, animalisticqualities: they remind us that the first task of man is to protect and subdue, a calling that gregarious and pacified city life leads us to forget, but that is awakened by danger and every difficult achievement where man finds his natural adversaries again: storms, catastrophes, deserts.

The animal qualities of man have engendered others which are inseparable from them, because they belong to a code of honor that was established in danger: they are loyalty, fidelity, solidarity, selflessness. These qualities are the foundations of relations between men at all times, even in hours of uncertainty and abandonment. They constitute a system of mutual commitments upon which all groups of men can live. The rest of morality is nothing but a series of applications, which always vary with time and place.

These qualities that are functional, so to speak, and that the fascist dream takes as essential, in turn give rise to others which are their refinements, which always with time and place, and which become essential in their turn, to the extent that the human animal is more aware of who he is and what he is worth. These qualities are luxuries that military societies gave themselves as they took shape and constituted their hierarchy. They include pride, scrupulousness in vows, generosity, respect for a courageous adversary, protection of the weak and weaponless, contempt for liars and respect for those who fight fair.

These civic qualities still stir obscure palpitations when our decadent cities honor those who, in the past, made it their business to fight and to be fully men. They were found in both military and religious Orders, among the Saracen princes and samurai. They constitute, at bottom, the sole code that military societies have recognized according their vocation; they are essential to the honor of the soldier. We are told that later the warrior monks became thugs and sodomites, robber barons, and cutthroat princes. When have wealth and above all power not degraded? It is the idea that matters. This beautiful human beast, this healthy human beast dreamed fascism.

It is certainly sad that the mud of war has rendered him almost unrecognizable, that the fury of war has effaced him like a statue in the desert, scoured by the winds of vengeance and hate. I do not say “this is what was.” I say: “this is what might have been and sometimes was.” This is the fascist dream, which was the dream in the hearts of a few.

The defeat of fascism should not make us forget that the image exists, that it still remains grand, and that others may find it again under new names. The very term fascism will no doubt disappear, because it is too freighted with calumnies, because it is lost in a sea of shadows under a malignant mist. But what does the word matter? We all know that Spartan order, Spartan man, is the sole shield that will remain when the shadow of death rises before the West.

Lenin prophesized that fascism would be the last form taken for survival by the societies that do not surrender without a fight to Communist dictatorship. If the West no longer has strength, if it disappears like an old man drowns, we can do nothing for it. But if it rises to defend itself, old Lenin’s prophecy will come true. Under a different name, a different face, and no doubt without any projections of the past, in the form of a child we do not recognize, or the head of a young Medusa, the Spartan order will be reborn: and paradoxically, no doubt, it will be the last defense of freedom and the good life.

ADOLF HITLER’S SPEECH ON GREECE - BERLIN, REICHSTAG MAY 4, 1941

[caption id="attachment_1784" align="aligncenter" width="536"]reichstag-1941 Hitler speaking to the Reichstag, May 4 1941.[/caption]

Deputies. Men of the German Reichstag:

In the meantime, however, certain difficulties had arisen. As a result, Romania, owing to internal changes, dropped out of England's political scheme.

In dealing with these conditions, I shall begin by giving you a brief outline of the aims of Germany’s policy in the Balkans. As in the past, the Reich never pursued any territorial or any other selfish political interest in the Balkans. In other words, the Reich has never taken the slightest interest in territorial problems and internal conditions in these States for any selfish reason whatsoever.

On the other hand, the Reich has always endeavored to build up and to strengthen close economic ties with these States in particular. This, however, not only served the interests of the Reich but equally the interests of these countries themselves.

If any two national economic systems ever effectively complemented one another, that is especially the case regarding the Balkan States and Germany. Germany is an industrial country and requires foodstuffs and raw materials. The Balkan States are agrarian countries and are short of these raw materials. At the same time, they require industrial products.

It was therefore hardly surprising when Germany thus became the main business partner of the Balkan States. Nor was this in Germany's interest alone, but also in that of the Balkan peoples themselves.

AND NONE BUT OUR JEW-RIDDEN DEMOCRACIES, WHICH CAN THINK ONLY IN TERMS OF CAPITALISM, CAN MAINTAIN THAT IF ONE STATE DELIVERS MACHINERY TO ANOTHER STATE IT THEREBY DOMINATES THAT OTHER STATE. IN ACTUAL FACT SUCH DOMINATION, IF IT OCCURS, CAN BE ONLY A RECIPROCAL DOMINATION.

It is presumably easier to be without machinery than without food and raw materials. Consequently, the partner in need of raw material and foodstuffs would appear to be more tied down than the recipient of industrial products. IN THIS TRANSACTION THERE WAS NEITHER CONQUEROR NOR CONQUERED. THERE WERE ONLY PARTNERS.

[caption id="attachment_1782" align="alignnone" width="800"]040517-athinaika-nea ATHENIAN NEWS May 5, 1941: The yesterday's historical speech of Chancellor Hitler, a Hymn to the Heroism of the Greek Soldier.[/caption]

The German Reich of the National Socialist revolution has prided itself on being a fair and decent partner, offering in exchange high-quality products instead of worthless democratic paper money. For these reasons the Reich was interested in only one thing if, indeed, there was any question of political interest, namely, in seeing that internally the business partner was firmly established on a sound and healthy basis.

THE APPLICATION OF THIS IDEA LED IN FACT NOT ONLY TO INCREASING PROSPERITY IN THESE COUNTRIES BUT ALSO TO THE BEGINNING OF MUTUAL CONFIDENCE. All the greater, however, became the endeavor of that world incendiary, Churchill, to put an end to this peaceful development and by shamelessly imposing upon these States utterly worthless British guarantees and promises of assistance to introduce into this peaceable European territory elements of unrest, uncertainty, distrust and, finally, conflict.

Originally, Romania was first won over by these guarantees and later, of course, Greece. It has, meanwhile, probably been sufficiently demonstrated that he had absolutely no power of any kind to provide real help and that these guarantees were merely intended to rope these States in to follow the dangerous trend of filthy British politics.

ROMANIA HAS HAD TO PAY BITTERLY FOR THE GUARANTEES, WHICH WERE CALCULATED TO ESTRANGE HER FROM THE AXIS POWERS.

Greece, which least of all required such a guarantee, was offered her share to link her destiny to that of the country that provided her King with cash and orders.

EVEN TODAY I FEEL THAT I MUST, AS I BELIEVE IN THE INTEREST OF HISTORICAL ACCURACY, DISTINGUISH BETWEEN THE GREEK PEOPLE AND THAT THIN TOP LAYER OF CORRUPT LEADERS WHO, INSPIRED BY A KING WHO HAD NO EYES FOR THE DUTY OF TRUE LEADERSHIP, PREFERRED INSTEAD TO FURTHER THE AIMS OF BRITISH WAR POLITICS. To me this is a subject of profound regret.

Germany, with the faint hope of still being able to contribute in some way to a solution of the problem, had not severed relations with Greece. But even then I was bound in duty to point out before the whole world that we would not tacitly allow a revival of the old Salonika scheme of the Great War.

Unfortunately, my warning was not taken seriously enough. That we were determined, if the British tried to gain another foothold in Europe, to drive them back into the sea was not taken seriously enough.

The result was that the British began in an increasing degree to establish bases for the formation of a new Salonika army. They began by laying out airdromes and by establishing the necessary ground organization in the firm conviction that the occupation of the airdromes themselves could afterward be carried out very speedily.

Finally a continuous stream of transports brought equipment for an army which, according to Mr. Churchill's idea and plans, was to be landed in Greece. As I have said, already we were aware of this. For months we watched this entire strange procedure with attention, if with restraint.

The reverses suffered by the Italian Army in North Africa, owing to a certain material inferiority of their tanks and anti-tank guns, finally led Mr. Churchill to believe that the time was ripe to transfer the theater of war from Libya to Greece. He ordered the transport of the remaining tanks and of the infantry division, composed mainly of Anzacs, and was convinced that he could now complete his scheme, which was to set the Balkans aflame.

THUS DID MR. CHURCHILL COMMIT ONE OF THE GREATEST STRATEGIC BLUNDERS OF THIS WAR. As soon as there could be no further doubt regarding Britain’s intentions of gaining a foothold in the Balkans, I took the necessary steps.

Germany, by keeping pace with these moves, assembled the necessary forces for the purpose of counteracting any possible tricks of that gentleman. In this connection I must state categorically that this action was not directed against Greece.

The Duce did not even request me to place one single German division at his disposal for this purpose. He was convinced that with the advent of good weather his stand against Greece would have been brought to a successful conclusion. I was of the same opinion.

The concentration of German forces was therefore not made for the purpose of assisting the Italians against Greece. It was a precautionary measure against the British attempt under cover of the clamor caused by the Italo-Greek war to intrench themselves secretly in the Balkans in order to force the issue from that quarter on the model of the Salonika army during the World War, and, above all, to draw other elements into the whirlpool.

This hope was founded principally on two States, namely, Turkey and Yugoslavia. But with these very States I have striven during the years since I came into power to establish close co-operation.

The World War actually started from Belgrade. Nevertheless, the German people, who are by nature so ready to forgive and forget, felt no animosity toward that country. Turkey was our ally in the World War. The unfortunate outcome of that struggle weighed upon that country just as heavily as it did upon us.

The great genius who created the new Turkey was the first to set a wonderful example of recovery to our allies whom fortune had at that time deserted and whom fate had dealt so terrible a blow. Whereas Turkey, thanks to the practical attitude of her leaders, preserved her independence in carrying out her own resolutions, Yugoslavia fell a victim to British intrigue.

Most of you, especially my old Party comrades among you, know what efforts I have made to establish a straightforward understanding and indeed friendly relations between Germany and Yugoslavia. In pursuance of this aim Herr von Ribbentrop, our Minister of Foreign Affairs, submitted to the Yugoslav Government proposals that were so outstanding and so fair that at least even the Yugoslav State of that time seemed to become increasingly eager for such close co-operation.

Germany had no intention of starting a war in the Balkans. On the contrary, it was our honest intention as far as possible to contribute to a settlement of the conflict with Greece by means that would be tolerable to the legitimate wishes of Italy.

The Duce not only consented to but lent his full support to our efforts to bring Yugoslavia into a close community of interests with our peace aims. Thus it finally became possible to induce the Yugoslav Government to join the Threepower Pact, which made no demands whatever on Yugoslavia but only offered that country advantages.

Thus on March 26 of this year a pact was signed in Vienna that offered the Yugoslav State the greatest future conceivable and could have assured peace for the Balkans. Believe me, gentlemen, on that day I left the beautiful city of the Danube truly happy not only because it seemed as though almost eight years of foreign policies had received their reward but also because I believed that perhaps at the last moment German intervention in the Balkans might not be necessary.

We were all stunned by the news of that coup, carried through by a handful of bribed conspirators who had brought about the event that caused the British Prime Minister to declare in joyous words that at last he had something good to report.

YOU WILL SURELY UNDERSTAND, GENTLEMEN, THAT WHEN I HEARD THIS I AT ONCE GAVE ORDERS TO ATTACK YUGOSLAVIA. To treat the, German Reich in this way is impossible. One cannot spent years in concluding a treaty that is in the interest of the other party merely to discover that this treaty has not only been broken overnight but also that it has been answered by the insulting of the representative of the German Reich, by the threatening of his military attache, by the injuring of the aide de camp of this attache, by the maltreating of numerous other Germans, by demolishing property, by laying waste the homes of German citizens and by terrorizing.

GOD KNOWS THAT I WANTED PEACE. But I can do nothing but protect the interests of the Reich with those means which, thank God, are at our disposal. I made my decision at that moment all the more calmly because I knew that I was in accord with Bulgaria, who had always remained unshaken in her loyalty to the German Reich, and with the equally justified indignation of Hungary.

Both of our old allies in the World War were bound to regard this action as a provocation emanating from the State that once before had set the whole of Europe on fire and had been guilty of the indescribable sufferings that befell Germany, Hungary, and Bulgaria in consequence.

The general directions of operations issued by me through the Supreme Command of the German forces on March 27 confronted the Army and the Air Force with a formidable task. By a mere turn of the hand an additional campaign had to be prepared. Units that had already arrived had to be moved about. Supplies of armaments had to be assured and the air force had to take over numerous improvised airports part of which were still under water.

WITHOUT THE SYMPATHETIC ASSISTANCE OF HUNGARY AND THE EXTREMELY LOYAL ATTITUDE OF ROMANIA IT WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY DIFFICULT TO CARRY OUT MY ORDERS IN THE SHORT TIME ENVISAGED.

I fixed April 6 as the day on which the attack was to begin. The main plan of operation was: First, to proceed with an army coming from Bulgaria against Thrace in Greece in the direction of the Aegean Sea.

The main striking strength of this army lay in its right wing, which was to force a passage through to Salonika by using mountain divisions and a division of tanks; second, to thrust forward with a second army with the object of establishing connection as speedily as possible with the Italian forces advancing from Albania. These two operations were to begin on April 6.

Third, a further operation, beginning on the eighth, provided for the break-through of an army from Bulgaria with the object of reaching the neighborhood of Belgrade. In conjunction with this, a German army corps was to occupy the Banat on the tenth.

In connection with these operations general agreement had been made with our allies, Italy and Hungary. Agreements as to co-operation had also been reached between the two air forces. The command of the German Armies operating against Macedonia and Greece was placed in the hands of Field Marshal von List, who had already particularly distinguished himself in the previous campaigns. Once more and under the most exacting conditions he carried out the task confronting him in truly superior fashion.

The forces advancing against Yugoslavia from the southwest and from Hungary were commanded by Col. Gen. von Weick. He, too, in a very short time with the forces under his command reached his objective.

The Army and SS detachments operating under Field Marshal von Brauchitsch, as Commander in Chief, and the Chief of the General Staff, Col. Gen. Halder, forced the Greek Army in Thrace to capitulate after only five days, established contact with the Italian forces advancing from Albania, occupied Salonika, and thus generally prepared the way for the difficult and glorious break-through via Larissa to Athens.

These operations were crowned by the occupation of the Peloponnesus and numerous Greek islands. A detailed appreciation of the achievements will be given by the German High Command.

The Air Force under the personal command of Reich Marshal Goering was divided into two main groups, commanded by Col. Gen. Loehr and General von Richthofen. It was their task, first, to shatter the enemy air force and to smash its ground organization; second, to attack every important military objective in the conspirators' headquarters at Belgrade, thus eliminating it from the very outset; third, by every manner of active co-operation everywhere with the fighting German troops to break the enemy's resistance, to impede the enemy's flight, to prevent as far as possible his embarkation.

The German armed forces have truly surpassed themselves in this campaign. There is only one way of characterizing that campaign: Nothing is impossible for the German soldier.

Historical justice, however, obliges me to say that of the opponents that have taken up arms against us, MOST PARTICULARLY THE GREEK SOLDIERS, HAVE FOUGHT WITH THE GREATEST BRAVERY AND CONTEMPT OF DEATH. They only capitulated when further resistance became impossible and therefore useless.

But I am now compelled to speak of the enemy who is the main cause of this conflict. As a German and as a soldier I consider it unworthy ever to revile a fallen enemy. But it seems to me to be necessary to defend the truth from the wild exaggerations of a man who as a soldier is a bad politician and as a politician is an equally bad soldier.

Mr. Churchill, who started this struggle, is endeavoring, as with regard to Norway or Dunkerque, to say something that sooner or later might perhaps he twisted around to resemble success. I do not consider that honorable but in his case it is understandable.

The gift Mr. Churchill possesses is the gift to lie with a pious expression on his face and to distort the truth until finally glorious victories are made out of the most terrible defeats.

The true essence of National Socialist thought

14553274_1765779337043466_750452175271886848_n

“We recognize that separating humanity from Nature, from the whole of life, leads to humankind’s own destruction and to the death of nations. Only through a re-integration of humanity into the whole of Nature can our people be made stronger. That is the fundamental point of the biological tasks of our age. Humankind alone is no longer the focus of thought, but rather life as a whole.
This striving toward connectedness with the totality of life, with Nature itself, a Nature into which we are born, this is the deepest meaning and the true essence of National Socialist thought.”

The Black Order: National Socialism and Satanism

header1 (1)

Dear Comrade T.
Thank you for your thought-provoking letter of 11 Dec. which raises several questions which have been put to me by other National Socialists also. I will therefore make my answers in the form of a brochure which might be instructive to others. Firstly, TBO is not a National Socialist organization per se. The role of National Socialist philosophy and the Third Reich on the Aeonic destiny of the European is however very much a part of its terms of reference. Similarly, TBO is not a Satanic organization per se, although again, Satanism is considered relevant to its purposes, which I shall explain. What TBO primarily is, is an esoteric Order established to re-presences the repressed ("Shadow") soul of the European folk, which has been stifled by Judaeo-Christianity and its ideological and plutocratic offshoots. To the extent that National Socialism and Satanism are both part of a SINISTER DIALECTIC (i.e. a pragmatic strategy) to crush the deniers of our destiny and re-presence that part of our folkish soul which has been repressed, they are relevant to TBO. We seek above all, to reinvigorate our folk by again making it a TOTALITY, aware of its place in the Cosmos, and of its starbound destiny and potential towards Godhood.

NATIONAL SOCIALISM & AEONICS National Socialism was the political form of an Esoteric Current in Europe which was then represented by The Thule Society. The Third Reich was a SEEDING of the future European Imperium. It created new archetypes and martyrs of the European folk with its BLOOD SACRIFICE and epic heroism in the service of that Destiny. Hitler was the central figure of that COSMIC DRAMA, but he did not seem to regard himself as the final embodiment of the Vindex/Kalki that was/is awaited by the European Esoteric Current. Rather he was something of a "John-the-Baptist" establishing the way ("seeding") for "the one that would come after", as he himself stated. Therefore the first experiment - The Third Reich - was not the final - aborted - form of the European Imperium, but the prelude to something greater to come: something nothing less than cosmic and starbound in scope. The Current established by the Blood Sacrifice of National Socialism lives esoterically/psychically in the Unconscious not only of the European folk, but even of its enemies whose hatred and persecution only empower it further.

SATAN
Since the Hebrew culture is an amalgam and adaptation of the various cultures encountered by the Hebrews, its should not be a surprise if "Satan" in NOT of Hebrew origin. The English "traditional Satanists" The Order of Nine Angles (who promote National Socialism as embodying our Aeonic destiny) trace the etymology of "Satan" to Greek, meaning "an accusation ([greek lettering unavailable]) from whence the Hebrew Satan, "the accuser". (It might be relevant to mention that the Grand Master of the ONA prior to the current one is a scholar who has translated several of the Greek classics). Others connect "Satan" to the Indo-Aryan SAT, the Dark entropic force infusing Nature (somewhat reminiscent of the recently discovered "dark mass" that physicists say permeates the cosmos). Many, probably most cultures have equivalents of this Dark Force. It is manifest in the creative/destructive power of SHIVA, and the cosmic interplay of Shakti/Shiva. It is represented in the Norse myth of Ragnarok where the dark hordes of Loki, Fenrir, et al. instigate the cosmic cataclysm which clears the way for a new cosmic order: a cyclic process of Creation/Destruction/Renewal, without which there would be stasis and decay.

THE ACCUSER
In its more widely known aspect as "adversary and accuser" Satan is the archetype that instigates rebellion and heresy against the status quo. Medieval Satanism was the response of pagan folk to the repression of the Church. Today, we of TBO think it more fitting that the adversity and accusation be directed against plutocracy, whether in its Puritan, Jewish, or Vatican forms, which seek to LEVEL all under the doctrines of Universalism and cosmopolitism, euphemistically called the "New World Order".

NATIONAL SOCIALISM/PAGANISM
TBO seeks a cross-current of Fascism/NS/paganism/Satanism, all of which share fundamentals such as the ascent of man to Godhood within a Nature-based order. Most Satanists are pro-Fascist to some extent, and there has long been an interaction between post-war Fascists and Satanists. Yes, we do fight for Truth, Nature, Strength, & Honour; & "Light", but also the "Dark" - as both are equally aspects of Nature. As for "killing cats, dogs, and pigs", this is akin to asking NS about "The Holocaust" and "lampshades of human skin", etc. Satanists as pagans attuned to Nature tend to be animal lovers, whom I'm sure would applaud the animal protection measures which were pioneered by the Third Reich.

Namaste Narasimhaya: Black Metal Versus Postmodernity by Colin Liddell and Francisco Albanese

maxresdefault
Several years after the rise of National Socialist Black Metal (NSBM), it is time to finally realize that a true Black Metal sense has been lost. This has come about through a number of events and developments, including the imprisonment and release of Hendrik Möbus, the emergence of a depressive strain of Black Metal, Jon Nödtveidt's suicide, and a symbiosis between the underground and the mainstream.

The uniformity of the post-modern world pushed Black Metal towards the abyss of recursiveness, to reinvent itself, to be both product and producer – a complex construction that, despite its message, tends to its own destruction and devastation.

The primeval spawn of the NSBM movement started with its adoption of Hollywood nazi-fascist elements that were designed simply to shock and scare, but this later evolved in a more ‘positive’ direction that became tied to the goal of explicitly affirming racial survival. This created the ultimate irony of a musical genre that had been focused on the metaphysical aspects transversal to life and death becoming instead focused on life.

In place of totemic National-Socialist aspects, there was an incorporation of ideological National-Socialism and identitarian elements, usually of a nostalgic and anachronistic nature. This also tended towards a domestication and softening of the movement, as well as some loss of spirituality in the counterculture (or “occulture”).

What was once frightening and radical thus became focused on the technical and accessible to the masses, effectively becoming a demystified and ‘secular’ Black Metal. This move, which separated the music from its roots, was welcomed and supported by the audience.  But as the ‘positive’ aspects were highlighted, Black Metal also lost much of its primal nature – its fundamental negativity, the abyss from which it drew its energy, as, in essence, Black Metal was the glorification of death as a core of transcendence, not an ultima ratio.

Through this reinvention, this so-called counterculture and attack on society, underwent a process of beautification, selling out its mythic power in exchange for banalities like brotherhood and philanthropy. From existing as a heresy in the contemporary music scene, it mutated into something more like folk music. The true Black Metal spirit was lost under layers of flutes, ocarinas, and good wishes for all.

Some argue that the decline of the West lies in individualism, and that we should therefore strive to escape from it and turn towards such collective bonhomie, but at the same time there can be no place for socialism in the Black Metal domain.

How, then, can we create an potent individualist antithesis in Black Metal to oppose to the atomization of modernity that is turning the world into an effeminate cage focused on human rights beloved by leftists? To answer this I will use a metaphor from the Narasimha Purana, one of the Upapuranas, a genre of Hindu religious texts, and invoke the Dionysian thought of Nietzsche. Let us make the following equations:

  • Hiranyakashipu = the post-modern world (a consequence of the modern world)

  • Vishnu = the true Western ethos

  • Narasimha = the form and function of Black Metal

In the Narasimha Purana, Hiranyakashipu (the post-modern world) cannot be killed by a human, deva, or animal. Vishnu (the Western Ethos), takes form through Narasimha, a beast/man deity. In a cruel world, Vishnu makes his avatar crueler, so Narasimha (Black Metal), if it is to have a meaningful existence, must go beyond all parameters and acceptable boundaries, and not be limited to established standards, which merely lead it into anachronism.

This reliance on a degree of individualism may seem paradoxical, but rather than the self-seeking narcissism of the post-modern world, it is actually a pure negation of the Self and a pulverization of all human aspects. It is pure desire separate from reason because in an Apollonian world, the Apollonian man has become mass-man.

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law: this Will-to-Power must deny the main rule of the Modern World, i.e., reason.

Because progressive values and science go hand in hand, there is no real separation between State and Religion. This is despite the view of atheists that only a religion with explicit gods is an actual religion. In fact, the secular rational atheist liberal has many other “gods.” To move away from such spiritual banality it is important to conceive of the world as it truly is, as something more irrational, superstitious, sinister, amoral, and transcendent.

The religiosity and fanaticism expressed by sectors inside Black Metal go beyond mere aesthetic elements or devotion as an end in itself. They open up an attack on post-modernity from two time flanks: past and future.

Black Metal has served not only as a tool of apostasy – a means to opt out – but also as an archeofuturistic precursor of old and new spirituality. But even the elements of resentment have acted as a catalyst of knowledge/wisdom. Without Black Metal to blast the scales away, many would not have been able to investigate more enlightening avenues.

On the basis that all the great civilizations and their manifestations, except those of the East, have been product of Indo-European peoples, it is not hard to understand the reason why the occult – that is religions and spirituality of past ages – tends to evoke degrees and forms of racial awareness and white nationalism that focus on cultural and identitarian claims (Kultürkampf) rather than the defence of the modern nation-state (an ideological polity). This points to the awakening of archetypes as small islands in Modernity, tribal islands in a uniform world.

Rock, the ‘grandfather’ of Black Metal, also, just like Black Metal, appeals to the basic, carnal, awakening aspects suppressed by centuries of Apollonian white music. The emergence of Rock marks a return of the Dionysian that rejects, mocks, disrupts, and destroys the neat, rational pop sound (a celebration, embodiment, and stasis of the banality of modern life). It is an impulse to overthrow the universal order rooted in the catacombs of Rome that has castrated the beast in man.

I will finish this brief commentary with a quote from Friedrich Nietzsche, who we could perhaps claim as a proto Black Metaller, drawn from The Birth of Tragedy:

“[L]est the Apollonian tendency freeze all form into Egyptian rigidity, and in attempting to prescribe its orbit to each particular wave inhibit the movement of the lake, the Dionysian flood tide periodically destroys all the little circles in which the Apollonian will would confine Hellenism.”

Suggestions Part I

I'm tired hearing all those that claim that "Black Metal is dead", "I am stuck only to the 90s releases", "every new release and band is worthless" etc. etc. Just lame excuses from lazy, passionless people that lost their excitement, dedication and got bored of searching in the depths of the underground for new gems (or they are too busy with their normal daily activities like the rest of the ignorant humans). Here are some recommendations, that those aware already know. Black Metal played with passion, hatred and dark aura and purity. Support these bands and let the rest listen to the same few records for the rest of the lives. To be continued...

Goddess of Death and Destruction

[caption id="attachment_1688" align="aligncenter" width="540"]S.M. Pandit Goddess Kali 1956. S.M. Pandit Goddess Kali 1956[/caption]

”Tears filled my eyes as I gazed at the deep sparkling sky. The dark infinity above reminded me of one of the many names of the immemorial Mother Goddess, in Sanskrit, the sacred language which the Aryans once brought to India: Shyama — the Dark Blue One; Goddess of indestructible life, Goddess of death and destruction; lover and avenger; Energy of the Universe. And I recalled the words which the Mother Goddess Herself is said to have addressed to a Hindu sage: “When all is lost — when thou hast no possessions, no friends, no hope left — then I come, I, the Mother of the world.” And I remembered that, to the Hindu mind, the universal Mother lives in every woman. “In me, also,” I thought; “I too have come when all is lost, when all is in ruins; when all is dead, save the invincible Nordic soul, in Hitler’s people.”

Then we return from the dead
Attacking once more now with twice as much strength
We conquer then move on ahead
